Our Journery

Founded in Dwarka Sector 10, Delhi, Dhairya Yoga began as a small initiative by AmitSoham, Kanchan, and Sumit. Over the years, it has blossomed into a nurturing wellness community that welcomes students from all age groups—children, teenagers, adults, elderly, working professionals, and homemakers. We have successfully conducted:

  • Free Yoga Camps across Delhi and Bihar
  • Online global yoga programs
  • Specialized yoga for stress management, IVF, cardiovascular health, PCOS, women’s wellness, and more
  • Yoga Teacher Training Courses (200–300 hours)
